Declaration marriage of marriage valid nikaah also done

Me and my husband got married by a declaration and nikhaah was done by qaazi.as my husband is hindu and I am a muslim.is this marriage valid..

dear client to get legally married status you need to registrar your marriage under provision of special marriage act with registrar of marriage. what type of declaration done by you. for any legal help call me adv Prasad Patil pune

This is not valid marriage unless you register your marriage with authority. a marriage between two different religions can be registered under special marriage Act and certificate can be obtained which makes your marriage valid under law.

what type of declaration you did, did the nikah registered under Muslim marriage Act or special marriage Act, Yes, marriage is valid after giving of all grounds. Now your husband, to which religion follows.
