Deceased father pending unsecured loan

My friend is planning to come to India from another country. Her deceased father had an unsecured loan with a bank in India. She has not recwived any kind of family wealth from her father and does not have an estate. She is in touch with the bank and is paying monthly installmeny of a small amount to the bank . Can the bank still issue any kind of travel restriction on her and restrict her travel to go out of india?

No, I do not think so, that, Bank will issue any travel restrictions for her, considering, she is paying monthly installments to Bank from her end. Even, if certain defaults happen, that will not issue powers to Bank to get a look out circular issue against her via Police.
