Death certificate of a person missing more than 7 years

My elder brother missing sinnce May 2017. His Death Cetificate, legal heir certificate, succession certificate is required. Religion : Hindu FIR was lodged in June 2017. Advertisement was published in June 2017.

Death certificate, legal heir certificate, succession certificate takes time. If the fir is already lodged in 2017 and advertisement or publication was published also then it will be easy for you and there are chances to get all the related documents.
