Death Certificate - for two wives

20-Mar-2024 (In Family Law)
A Man dies leaving two wives. 2nd wife who was active she admitted her husband in the hospital and her husband died after couple of days. However, In hospital medical record 2nd name was mentioned, therefore in the death certificate, her name was declared as wife of the deceased, Now how does the first wife obtain Death Certificate which reflects her name in the death certificate or is there any provision in the law to declare both the wives in Death Certificate. Dear Sir, Both the names can be mentioned in the Death Certificate of husband. If refusing then get issue a legal notice and file a suit for mandatory injunction seeking a direction to include the name of first wife in the Death Certificate of her husband.
