Dear sir/mam, My name is Ankita jash. My father has passed away in 2018.My uncle had given our property papers without my father's knowledge as collateral to get loan for building a rice mill which he couldn't pay on time due to which we lost our house. It was sold by a bank because of him. My father was one of the directors of the rice mill but my uncle betrayed him and used to give a very small amount every month but they used to live luxurious life. Now he is denying to give us back our money

you need to contact a lawyer and discuss the entire thing and then send your uncle a legal notice and then if he still does not co-operate you must initiate legal proceedings against him for ends of justice
