Dear Respected legal professionals, I want to clarify the following querynn" Is Arya Samaj marriage of Hindu Boy and Muslim Girl Legal, when their marriage is not registered in the DM's office. Its only Arya Samaj Marriage with Affidavit. ?

If the Hindu boy and the Muslim girl want to marry then their marriage will be governed by the special marriage act and it will be registered in the office of the SDM where either one of the party resides. If you wish to go through the Arya Samaj then the girl needs to convert her religion first and vice versa. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can solemnise your marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir, but you will have to get it registered with registrar of marriage under special marriage act, or it will not be considered a valid marriage. For assistance you may consult me.

No the Arya Samaj marriage could not take place between Hindu and Muslim Because the inter religion marriages are governed by special marriage act so the marriage done by Arya Samaj is void marriage which do not have any legal sanction

there is no question on the legality of the marriage but if the marriage is not registered then the validity of the marriage becomes questionable. only arya smaj marriage with affidavit does not support any govt or legal support. the marriage has to be registered with the respective office.

Hindu boy and muslim girl cannot burry until and unless there is another conversion of affidavit so u have fo marriage under special act which takes around 30 days fir further query plz gree to call me
