Dead of father from the work he was doing

My father died on 10/04/2023 due to damages in lungs. Because father was running a flour mill shop for 20+ years paying all bill and giving the amount to owner but now he dead for dust that store in lungs and I am his big son and we are poor owner refuse to help us. Can I do anything against him because I have 3 sister and 1 little brother and mother total of 6 and no one is at earning age please give me some advice

Well, you have to take this matter in the concerned High Court of the State to claim compensation under the law of torts against the owner from whom you want to seek compensation for your Father's Death due to nature of job causing sickness while remaining under his (owner's) employment.
