Dauhter in law remarried after my son's death without information

My son expired and two grandchildren are there. Daughter in law married without consent.Marrige certificate seen. But she has not mentioned name in adharcard she shown name in school leaving certificate and register in Marriage office. She has not mentioned children and first marriage name.Is it legal?

Dear Sir, Take certified copy of all the enclosures of marriage application of your daughter-in-law and then think of lodging complaint against her. She married earlier to your son who is dead and through him she is having two minor children. These facts must be reflected not in the marriage certificate but in the application filed by her for registering her second marriage. Inform the same to the second husband if you are so interested.
