Daughters rights in father's property after parents separation

my parents have settled amicably to part ways. i want to know my rights over my father after separation. i m major.

You have all the rights as the children having right in their parents and parental property or others. You are having similar rights legally. Your father can't deny. Feel free to revert back in case you need any clarification.

You can claim rights in your fathers properties after his death. While ami ably seettling the dispute your parents cannot for go your rights which can be claimed any time after his death if a self aquired property or ancesteral property

As such when their is mutual settlement between the two parties in matrimonial issues no right you have in property but if its a ancestral property than you have right in that property as the same will devolved in as according to the Legal Heirs.
