Daughter's right in father's self earned property

The residential property allotted by Noida authority to my father mother is alive the property self earned by father and he died recently , there are 4 married daughters and 1 sons in the family. now the case is , sons are not willing to share property equally among the 5 children of the father and mother. how can transfer the property to my mother and sisters, in noida authority what is the process
First you should give application to residential/ housing department for the transfer of property with death certificate of your father than procedures is this --- ?
Document list-
Indemnity bond on proscribed form on 100/ stamp paper notarised of proposed transferee
Death certificate
Affidavit of transferee on 10 / stamp
Noc of all leagal heirs on stamp of 10/
Photo graph and signatures of all heirs and attested by gazitted officer or bank
Ration card ,Adhar card school certificates or passport which can show blood relation
And there is not any transfer fee to transfer in blood relation.

You go to civil court and one person filed case partion suit and other four person are opposite party then you claim own share in this property.But i told you in marge mother share also included with five person's share.

Since it was a self acquired property of the Father, after his death it will devolve in 6 parts equally between mother, 4 married daughters and the son. While saying that I presume that the father died after 2005 and if such is not the case, daughter's cannot claim a share in the property.
