Daughter Share in pension of father after his death

My Dad was a central government employee,expired 4 years back and My mom is no more. We are 4 sibiilings (2 brothers and two sisters). We have recently got to know that we shall be receiving das's pension with arrears as per the new rule of Central goverentment pension scheme. Can my brother claim for the pension amount without sisters signature ? How can we as a daughter claim for our share in his pension.

First thing is that you are not mentioning your age and your brothers age I want to clarify that you all are the legal heir of your father as a a legal heir all are equal share with in your fathers property and pension

Yes only unmarried daughter will get pension . If your brothers are more than 18 years of old then they have no right on the pension amount . And other provisions are there please approach high court to get the same or contact with me for better suggestions

You have not clearly mentioned all brother and sister are major or minor and if any disabled child of your father.If any your brother name have been included in the PPO who will be claim without consent of any body .If name have not mentioned In PPO and all are major then signature of all are necessary in form no 14.
