well in this not possible to advice you anything unless will check your papers; on what ground your DV got rejected. also need to study your papers / gift deed to guide you further. also need to check if you have valid proof regarding your false gift deed.

You can charge daughter under 420 of indian penal code for making fraud document with out the consent of owner. What kind of violence is done by your daughter that need to clarify before making any case.

actually mother is required to file regular civil suit for declaration to get sale deed cancelled.
also there is provision of 125 of crpc for maintenance and act of 2007 for maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizen act.
