Daughter in law filed FIR against parents in laws. Now trying to enter their home in Mumbai forcefully. Parents have moved out to a safe place but daughter in law keeps harrasing over messages and callsHusband is staying at a rented place in pune. After filing FIR husband and family stopped communication. But on other hand she is constantly harrasing parents husband mentally. nDivorce petition is in court. How to protect husband parents they are senior citizens

If parents in law are senior citizens and the daughter in law is harassing them and has already filed an FIR against them then they may try to file a complaint against her to the police station and even after this she does not stop harassment then you may file a private case before magistrate
