Custody of grand son to grandfather after death of son &wife married

My son expired in 2020 his wife married in 2021 alongwith one male child age 5 years and 2 months. Elder son aged 11 yrs.is with me.I am granrdfather aged 65 getting pension.I filed civil court for custody of another child in sept 21.But till today i not get visiting rights not custody. Now I wantclarifiction that what procedure to follow for getting Custody.Can i will get custody after he become major.

I understand your questions so you have to file a visitation rights to your grand son but till you are not get any vesitation rights from court right it is depend up on how to proceed the case in court like that only it is depending on your advocate so but it is possible to take a visitation rights under kaw so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
