Cross examination of Respondent in Divorce

08-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi Sir/Madam, I have 2 questions kindly help. I filed divorce in 2017 Current stage -> cross of respondent 1. If any point mentioned in petitioner's (my) chief affidavit which is not denied by respondent wife , does that mean court will take it as respondent wife accepted the point ? Or we have to ask those question in cross to wife and take her denial on record. 2. Wife left job in between divorce proceeding. providing company letter saying we relived her as no more employee required. Now she is asking maintenance in HMA24. She had good experience till now and never be unemployed, She can easily get job , but she is not doing it willingly. Please help me how to handle this situation and make court aware that she is capable but not doing job deliberately. Thanks you so much in advance
