Court Marriage without Parents knowledge. Marriage without home notice

Can I do Court Marriage without any notice to home. My parents will not permit the marriage, hence I am thinking of Court Marriage in Cuttack and the Marriage to be done without my parents knowledge. Any Advocate please help me out.

Parents are not served with notice in Court Marriage. This fact you should remember. You submit an application under section 5 of the special marriage act and your marriage would be registered upon completion of one month from the date of your application. After solemnisation of Marriage, the concerned Marriage Officer will issue a Marriage certificate in your favour and you shall be recognised as husband and wife for all purposes. Documents required for Court Marriage are matriculation certificate or birth certificate for age proof aadhar card, voter id or DL for identity proof 3 passport size photos Residence Certificate

yes you can..if your parents will not permit your marriage or you want to marry with out yours parents knowledge then you can apply for marriage under Special Marriage Act before sub- registrar/marriage officer, Cuttack through advocate. So contact an advocate for your help.
