Court marriage or Registered marriage which of them is easy

Is court marriage and registered marriage same? What ever the answer is what is the procedure for both of them and the time within which it can be completed starting from filling to finally getting married? Are 7 feras necessary?
court marriage and register marriage both are different term used in different scenario after performing the rituals of marriage if parties are approaching be marriage registrar for getting their marriage registration it is registration of marriage and if parties are approaching bhi registrer for marriage this is known as court marriage time frame of court marriages minimum 35 days and in case of registered marriage it is take only two or three hour
