Court marriage for NRIs of diff religions living in United States

I live in US and want to get married to a girl who also lives in US (both Indian citizens). We are from different religions and our families are comfortable with our marriage. we will be in india for 25 days in Dec-Jan'22 and want to know the procedure for court marriage under special marriage act.
