Court Marriage for Indian Muslim Groom & Foreigner Christian Bride

Hi All, Hope you are doing great! I request your guidance in knowing the procedure of Court Marriage for Indian Groom & Foreigner Bride. Bride is Christian and Groom is Muslim. Bride will convert to Islam (please share the legal procedure for conversion as well). So marriage has to take place as per Muslim Court Marriage and Muslim law. Please share your feedbacks. Also, please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Your marriage will be solemnized under the special marriage act and the following documents will be needed from your side for marriage registration:- 1). Your and your partner's passport size photographs. 2). Your Aadhar Card. 3). NOC from the embassy of your partner. 4). Passport or any other documents to prove the age of your partner. 5). 3 witnesses along with Aadhar & PAN Card. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Good Morning. See legally you have two options one you can marry as per muslim personal law wherein a contract /Nikahnama will be executed between you both. Second option is to solemnise your marriage under the special marriage act in case both of you wish to retain your religion. The following documents would be required : 1). Passport size photo of both 2). Aadhar Card. 3). NOC from the consulate 4). DOB Proof for both 5). 2 witnesses along with Aadhar & PAN Card.

You need to hire expert advocate in this regard ! First is the step of valid conversion and the conversion shouldn’t not be only for the purpose of marriage ! Thenceforth you can do nikha and get the marriage registered ! Kindly b in touch
