Court Marriage against parents

I got married (intercaste marriage hindu and buddhist) in April 2024 against parents will but still I am staying at my parents place and my husband is staying at his place. We want to stay together and my parents don't know about my marriage. Do i need to go to the police station to record my statement infront of my parents or can i inform police through intimation letter and let my parents know through a call? If I face police situation will become worse as it is intercaste marriage.
Since your parents are not aware about your marriage first inform them.. Now that you are married you can stay with your spouse if you both have an accomodation. I hope you have a marriage certificate with you... No one can object or restrin you from staying with your spouse.. If any one raises any objection you can file a complaint against them in police station.

Well, you need to go to the Police Station if you need Police Protection or you can file a case in Court, Police and Courts can help you to convince your Parents to accept you for the Intercaste marriage done by you
