Sir..I came to Trichy for maternity leave.after child birth he stopped all contacts between us and now I got legal notice from my husband totally out of blue.he and their family members blocked all contacts with us...since my son is only 2.5 months older I could not reach the court.my workplace is in coimbatore.i am my son has nowhere to stay..I have to join my work.the address from which I recieved is different from orginial address I lived with my spouse(in-laws)
Can I demand to live with him?till divorce proceedings?Enquired through a person it seems that he is showing earlier fights as examples..
