Compromise Deed In Court Suit.......

Plaintiff have 3 member and defendant have 3 member. Then one person of defendant volunteer to mutual concent to vapas(back) the suit.this is possible to one person back? Then its useful for planttif right?
if one person is not contesting the suit then court will pass in case of plaintiff all the three person should withdraw Rudra other two plaintive or alive in the ke case will be contested the plaintiff
