You will have to file a complaint against your boy friend before the nearest police station. The complaint should mention details that you were in relationship as he had promised you of marriage but now he is not marrying you then police will take action as per provisions of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023.
If police doesn't take action then you have remedy to approach magistrate for action
