Compensation from husband when separated from husband which child

How much compensation can a wife get when she lives separately with a child from her husband. When her husband is in govt job having salary around rs 40000
its depends on various factirs but Normally 1/5th to 1/3rd of monthly net income is directed by the honourable court to be paid by the husband towards maintenance to his wife and kid.

probably a wife will get all the expenses related to child ( it depends on age,class and school of child) plus for her maintenance . maximum amount upto20k. but in mostly cases upto 10k.
