Clarification regarding Pradhan Mantra Kanya Shagun Scheme

I have married to poor girl in April 2012. Then we move to Dubai in march 2013 and stay there 1 year togather. After that Aug-2015 we are seperated and no communication till now. Now she came to india for 1 week and lodge FIR against me , my mom, my sister claiming that 10 lacs spent during marriage and car is asking. All are false mentioned in FIR. They were so poor and they claiming that 10 lacs spent in marriage. May be they have also taken benefit of Govt scheme for poor daughter marriage Pardhan Mantri Kanya shagun scheme ..but i am not sure.. Please advise Quesh in high court?? How can we get the details that they have taken benefit of govt scheme for poor families ??
you can file an application under RTI Act and by moving that application u can get di details that they have get di benefits of govt scheme.

Sir, for seeking any kind of information from govt., you can invoke sections of Right to Information Act. Rest with regard to FIR, before giving any advice to you, I need to see the FIR itself as to who have been made accused and what are allegations against them. Quashing can be filed in the court with all documents which are relevant to the matter in hand.

Pardhan mantra kanya Shaun scheme has nothing to do with the FIR. You will have to fight the case filed by your wife & once FIR is lodged it cannot be quashed directly in HC. Other options are there but we can discuss once you engage me.

In view of case titled as "Bhajan Lal vs State of Haryana" you can not directly move to High Court for quashing of F.I.R. , you have to face trial and as per section 8 (j) of RTI Act 2005 you cannot sought information from the concerned govt department, only you can called record of the concerned department in the defence evidence during trial whether she has taken any benefit under the said scheme.

is she logged the complaint in women cell?
if you are putting separately more than 2 years you can file the divorce petition on the basis of curtly also.
as well concern about the pradhan mantra kanya shagun scheme is available only poor & first time marriage only
