clarification regarding H.M.O.P

Sir,
My sister filed a H.M.O.P in the sub court for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of the Hindu marriage act and the court has delivered the judgement allowing the petition.Kindly clarify whether the husband has to come and take her (or) my sister has to go to the matrimonial home straight away.
