Clarification on the eligible age for getting married in India

M 33 yrs old divorcee lady n d boy is 20 yrs old v want to marry in court. Should court will be give permission or not coz d boy's family is not agreed. They are not allowing to speak with me .

The groom has to be of 21 years or above to marry in India .Otherwise also since he is so young he must be completing his education hence advisable to let him complete his education and settle in a job before getting married.

You cannot marry with him. Boy age is 21 year should be completed. After 21 you can marry with him. Your divorce judgement and decree is necessary for registered marriage. In the eyes of law he is not eligible for marriage.

The boy cannot marry anyone till he completes the age of 21. After the completion of age 21 years of the boy you can marry the boy by following due legal steps even after the objection of his family.

You can marry but after 21 age of the boy. Till date court will not allow you. But you have other options For that you can contact me I will advise you for more details. Boy has right to speak with you because he is now major.
