Clarification on legal heir certificate

Hi, I am a 26 year old female. I got married in October 2020. My husband become a drunkard for the past 1 year and I have been at my parent's place for about 6 months with my 2 year old son. Last Tuesday(14/11/2023) My husband committed suicide due to over drinking. The police had enquired and had filed a FIR on the same day evening. My husband is the youngest son among two. I want to get legal heir certificate for my son and myself. What are the procedures to do so? When will I get the fir copy

after getting the death certificate you can apply for the legal certificate the legal air of your husband or the wife the childrens and the mother if she is alive you should apply to the tasildar office to get the legal certificate by online
