Clarification on grounds to claim maintenance from husband

I have married from past 6 year due to many conflicts living seprated from husband 2 years before not get divorced. I claim interim maintenance for me and 5 year child,his gross salary income is atound of 65 k which i have provided before court but court have decided to gave me just 6000 rs as a maintenance,even i also proof certain defaults against my husband as he lying in the court.why this is to be happen,and now what should i have to do.
Simply you can file an application for enhancement of the maintenance amount. If the maintenance which u have already claimed has been claimed under Section 125 of CrPC, then you can move an application for alteration of maintenance amount under Section 127 of CrPC.
Further a fresh application can also be moved before the family court for alterations in maintenance amount if there is some changes in the circumstances.
You can also file an appeal before the High Court seeking enhancement in the maintenance amount and challenging the order passed by the court granting 6000₹ as maintenance amount
