Clarification on court marriage

I know that there is a notice period of 30 days to get legally marrie after request submission. I would like to know when can I do the same at the earliest. I want to know whether the 30 days include holidays as well. If request submitted on December 01, when can this be legally proceeded. Thanks in advance
You must serve a notice period of atleast thirty working dates excluding the holiday dates. If the request it on december 1st you must exclude sundays and 2nd Saturday and all government Holidays in this month. Please opt phone consultation.

If applied on dec 01. U may marry any day after dec 31. Now the date n token is being choosen automatically by online forum. The date will be given with optiions from where 7 can also choose date n time.
