Claim of share in property brought by parent with ancestral asset

16-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My mother acquired ancestral property from her father through a will. she used assets from this property to purchase land during 1986. she now claims that this property was purchased with the help of her sons(this is debatable since some of the sons were not working during this time) she has created a settlement deed transferring the property to her sons without the knowledge of her daughters. My mother is now alive. The daughters have discovered the settlement deed. can the daughters claim rights to this purchased property?
