Civil matter-forceful ouster from the residence

I am the only daughter of my parents- married but not settled.well I have a brother- my parents call him a blank check. With my parental permission I came to settle with them in their apartment. They live there by themselves. With the Covid onslaught I have not been able to find a job. Have no money, transportation or any means of sustenance. My sick husband is dependent on his parents in Bihar. My mother is scared that I am with them only due to my interest in property. They barely feed me once in a while, cook in their kitchen and lock it up. I survive on Maggie meal mostly. For the past 2 months my grandmother has witnessed the suppression I endure. My mother would get enraged and charge me physically to leave the house. My father has abused me since childhood as I was born as a female child. They have only two children- myself and my brother who is their prince. Their torture is beyond my ability to bear. Parents want to throw me out. We are Brah
