Christian register marriage process & Rules in Kerala

Hi am Joyan , My friend want's to get in marry in same cast. But as per the latest rules marriage can only register in their on panchayat . Is it there any other way to get in marry some other cities ? So i need further information about of this . Thankyou
Whenever your friend married ie church, the marriage will register in the church situated Panchayath or munsipality other wise they can married a sub registrar office, there is no need to register the marriage in panchayath

Registration of marriage is a mode of proof of marriage. On adducing the registration certificate of marriage, it may be presumed by the law that marriage is deemed to has taken place. In India, a marriage can be registered under either of the two Marriage Acts: the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or the Special Marriage Act, 1954 .
Marriages that are solemnized in the State of Kerala are governed by The Kerala Registration of Marriages (Common) Rules, 2008. Marriage laws and regulations are governed by the State Governments. In Kerala, a marriage can be registered under the following three Acts:
1. Hindu Marriage Act
2. Common Marriage Rules
3. Special Marriage Act
All marriages solemnized in the State after the commencement of these Rules shall compulsorily be registered irrespective of religion of the parties. Marriages are registered at panchayath /municipalities/corporation offices.
Marriages are to be registered in the respective Grama Panchayat, Municipality or Corporation where the marriage is solemnised.
Other wise he or she may choose Special marriage act for marriage registration and the bride and groom must approach the local Registrar’s office and apply for marriage registration.
