Dear client,
1. Your marriage is a intercast marriage, so it comes under special marriage act.
2. Approach marriage officer and enclose your application signed by both the parties.
3. After allowing 30days period for objection by any, then legally marriage cert. will be issued in the register office.

You can register your marriage under Special Marriage Act. You can approach your nearby Registration Office where the Jurisdiction Falls under your Residential Address. If you apply with your necessary documents ,the registrar will register your marriage under the Special Marriage Act.

you can marry under special marriage act without changing religion and even in christian marriage act you can marry in a single day without changing the religion. but in special marriage act you should wait for 30 days.
