Children suffering due to parents failed marriage what can they do

20-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I am 21 years old daughter whose parents have been fighting for 22 years and i have grown up suffering from their hate for each other. There were many times when they are willing to file for divorce but for their children's sake they didn't. Now my father have mentioned that he does not care about me,my brother and my mother as him and my mother have been fighting again. They again filed the form for divorce but father is stuck to being verbally aggressive and blaming my mother for every mistake in his life which is leading the divorce topic away. They both know they are not compatible and should get a divorce but because of my father's need for upper hand in every situation he is controlling everything including my mom's request for divorce. Me and my 18 years old brother have been suffering for ever now and it's affecting us. I don't know where to go for advice nor i know what to do to help my parents. Please advice me what should i do?

Hi

Your parents can still get divorce from the court. If enough period in contesting divorce is spent then they can claim waiver of statutory period of 6 months.
Further within that petition your parents can determine the terms and conditions of the property and maintenance etc.

Dear client at first I appreciate you and your brother being such type parents both are on right track, you may definitely participate in their
fighting now you tell them they will not separate from each other up to your marriage. pressurize father saying that they all ask for maintenance as per section 125 of crpc,in which father has to give
more than 70 % amount for your maintenance, Prakashgad ,also insist boh of them to attend 21 days parent workshop at Swami Vivekanad Kendra at Kanyakumari and also at Prakash AmtePrakashgad, If you like my suggestion pl,rate me don't hesitate for contacting me,
