I am maternal grandfather. Can I appeal court for child welfare means security of life and other living things ( grand son 9 yrs) from son in law and stepmother.my grand son livingwith me in the last month. Now son in law married and taken my grandson in his house.pl advice

hi sir you could file a petition for custody of your grandchild as he has no mother and there is no one to look after him and that your grand son need good education and other basic amrneties for your grandchild
