Child name reflected in birth certificate butin school records changed

Sir,
My son name reflected in birth certificate as VENKATESH. But in school records is VIJAYKUMAR.
Our divorce case is pending.
Child with his mother. And she has given other name in school.
I want change child name in school records as reflected in birth certificate. Please guide me.
School authority as not ready to change the name.
Then what I do for this.
If can I file a case against my wife and school authority under IPC 120, 420, 466, 471.
pl advice me.

In family matters it is rare wherein the police will accept such complaints. But you can file civil suir against her or go to higher authorities or high court or the same family court to resolve your case. Ther after you can initiate defamatory action against her.
