if your sister has had gone the custody of the custody of the child will remain with her however as per the court order will have visitation right so he has some mental illness but face visitation right the presence of your sister

She can file an application stating these facts in order to get the interim order modified. In many cases, the court directs the father to meet within court premises, in order to ensure safety. that request could also be made.
