Cheating for promise to love and marriage

Am in a relationship starting before one year. He promise me to marry me.but now he not willing to this marriage because his parents not agree that.what can I do for Marry him?

There is no way in law to seek one to marry you. If there is any written contract to marry, then the situation is in your favour. What u can do us to lodge a complaint to the police alleging misuse by promise of marriage so that there can be a possible settlement in the matter.

If that relationship was on the basis of consent given on a false promise with intention to cheat, offence of rape will lie.
It has to attract Section 375 (rape) read with Section 90 (consent known to be given under fear or misconception) IPC. The corollary deduced upon a conjoint reading of the sections was stated thus: “an offence of rape would be deemed to have been committed if a man has sexual intercourse with a woman without her consent. A consent obtained under the misconception of fact, would not amount to be a consent within the purview of Section 90 IPC.
