Cheating and harassment by husband, what action to take against him?

Hello sir, I am Muslim women. my husband cheated me that he is doctor and continued his lies as a army man. But I comes to know he is ex-service man since I comes to the truth about him started torturing physically and mentally. To me and my kids. Finally blaming me for everything to get marry again with another women. Asking for dowry more(already took 4lack near) , asking me to abort the kid which am expecting now. He is playing big role to his family and society to show he is good and not caring me and my two daughters. (5yrs and 1yrs). Plz suggest me something he is not in service but still showing that he is in service so that no one is ready to help me in this matter. I have all the evidence that he is against of our nation too.

But the remedy available to you can file divorce suit to nullify the marriage. Because the marriage taken place by fraud. In case, if he refused to pay any maintenance to yiur and children then you may file a maintenance case u/s 125 Crpc. You can lodge a criminal complaint against him for the dowry harassment and threatened to abort. Apart from that u can lodge a domestic violence complaint against him. Rest of the allegation of threat to the nation is concern you can made a complaint against him to before the local police by sending the copy to Superintendent of police and CM cell with the supporting documents.
