Indian stamp act antargat 7% stamp duty gift ke transfer Mein Di Jaati Hai aur ek percent rasid registration charge Diya jata hai sale consideration na hone ke Karan aapka Jo Circle rate hoga 7% stamp duty aur uska percent registration fees
