What are the maximum court fees for obtaining a succession certificate from a district court? How much do lawyers charge for that?

the maximum court fees for a succession certificate is 50,000/- if the valuation of the property claims is more than 10 lakh, the court fees become 50,000/ and that's the maximum court fees.. the procedure takes minimum 1.5 years to 2 years time to complete

the maximum court fees or stamp duty that can be charged in entire in india is rupees fifty thousand as set by stamp act if any lawyer is stating beyond fifty thousand as stamp duty is surely making a fool out of you but there is another thing it can be curtailed by requesting the judge in open court
