Change of last name and middle name of child

Hi, nnI need to understand that can my wife legally keep her original last name i.e. before marriage last name after her marriage. If yes is there any issues or can it be an issue in the future in terms of inheritance etc. nnAlso we wish to write my wifes name in my sons middle name. For eg. Ronak shalini shah. Instead of Ronak Narendra shah. nnAre these valid as per Hindu marriage act and will it create any issues in the future.

Hello, wife or any woman can use any name irrespective of her marriage or single status and she can put her name for her sons middle name . If the name property papers and on identity documents is similar then no problem will be faced, to apply new name of son you have to apply for gazzett office
