Wife filed Dvc order execution petition in ordered court, I failed to file counter judge treated as no counter call on for enquiry to next vaida Can I file counter on next Vanda if so how please explain

As you said that you have not filled the counter and the case has been posted for enquiry then you can file counter along with set aside petition with the reason for non filing the counter on previous date. If the reason is found genuine then court will accept the petition and counter.
