Challenging Ancestoral partion deed

We are belongs to Mithakshari. Brahmin with unreserved category from South Canara Karnataka. Participants: 1 mother, 2 son, 2 daughter. Question: As mutual partition done with unfair manner as well as with pressurising the participant. As i am child of one of the daughter. can i challenge this partition deed in court. As my mother did not get equal land share as well as portion of which is not good. As mother freared about her brother and other relatives not ready to challenge partition.

1. you can file the partition suit challenging the partition deed 2. you can file the case to explain them, no equal partition taken place and to cancel the partition deed and to make fresh partition 3. you have to file the case in the place where property exists
