Central Goverment retired pensioner not giving pension to his wife

Dear Sir, My father worked for central government and got retired in 2018 and he is not giving pension to my mother and he is residing seperately in his native. Even after requesting him many times also he is not at all ready to give small portion of pension to my mother. Please advise. Regards, Paravind

Dear Sir, Your mother can file maintenance case under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code and get interim maintenance immediately. Thereafter, final orders will be passed irrespective of whatever defence taken by your father which will be in favour of your mother.
