case disposed for RCR after withdrawal memo

Hello expert I woul like to seek your legal advice on how to proceed to close the disposed case in family court in a look Adalat, is advocate mandatory for appearing and how to get the certified copy of the order along with all my original doc's submitted while filling a case. Kindly provide your valuable assistance for the same Best Regards Kalyan Valeti

Dear Sir, You must be identified by either Advocate or the other party in the Lok Adalath. First you have to get NOC from the Advocate. If case is disposed all the documents produced by you will be returned to you by the office of concerned Court on your application.
