Case against children's because they are not tack care of the old man

Hi dear sir / Madam
We have one old person in our native and he having 6 children's 3 male and 3 female and he have one home and site but it's it's self earned and now it's in his wife name but wife already died now the children's are not ready to tack care of this father hence the old man planned to give the property to any old age and he wants to join there hence hw needs to know what he needs to do kindly help me to solve this please.
Just ask the okd age home to get gift deed and possession and they will take care of him. Before that ask him to change the property in his name and then approach old age home. Without documents how he he can give property to others.

Yes sir, Any senior citizen can restore his property as is original owner of the property. He needs file a petition before the Assistant Commissioner for the relief of restore his property which had given to his wife. Definitely, He will get the relief.
