Sir/Madam,
No.
The property is a joint property, where each had 50% share jointly and equally. After the demise of the husband , his property devolved upon wife, major & minor daughters equally. Two daughters have 1/3 rd share on their father's 50% share.
As the minor cannot enter into a legal contract so the permission is require on behalf of her to sign.
The adult daughter have to sign in the sale deed.
Thanks.

The wife alone can't sale. She must be accompanied by other three otherwise she does not have exclusive right to sale. The minor should have one natural guardian, if she herself is the natural one then there should a declaration.
