Can wife force to take her to parental home?

Dear sir, We had love marriage. After marriage my wife came to my rental home in delhi as I work in Delhi. My parents home is in Rajasthan. My wife has never gone to my native home which is in Rajasthan. Now it has been 09 months since we got married. Now can she force me legally to take her to my native parents home in rajasthan. And can she claim share in my parents ancestral property. Please your answer is solicited.

If you are working in Delhi and your source of income generates from Delhi then your wife cannot force you to your native place. Also the wife cannot claim any share in the ancestral property of your parents. She can only claim from you.

This is a situation where even if she is legally not entitled to the property then she will find other ways to reap money. You have to be mindful about your actions towards her and need to have this settled amicably even if she has not yet asked you for the share in property. I am an advocate for Delhi Police and would suggest you as what should be your modus operandi in such a matter .
